WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?
A friend who is also a Pilates teacher, invited me to try Pilates during a sailing trip and that was the beginning of my amazing journey!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?
Pilates offers the perfect balance to other sports which I also love doing like running, volleyball, hiking and skiing. Pilates is the ultimate workout to maintain flexibility and core strength during your day to day life. It is one of the sports that I plan to continue doing until I am 80 years old!
WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?
I love teaching and mentoring in general and combining it with a sport I fell in love with, has become my passion!
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?
I like to teach variations, keeping in mind different abilities and body structures – I believe that every person, at every stage in life, can do Pilates.
