CITYPILATES offers you group classes on the Reformer and on the mat. We have different levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Choose your perfect fit by reading through our descriptions.

Reformer PILATES

The Pilates Reformer is the central equipment in our trainings based on the method of Joseph H. Pilates. 

 

With a huge variety of exercises the whole body is trained in strength, length and core stability. The Reformer workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Especially the controlled movement and the involvement of the deeper muscle layers make it an ideal rehabilitation training. 

Addiction potential is guaranteed.

CHAIR PILATES

Also known as the "little sister" of the Reformer, this smaller piece of equipment adds variety to your workout and challenges your strength, stability and balance. The Pilates Chair is another piece of equipment designed after Joseph H. Pilates. It provides a unique quality of posture and movement thanks to its spring mechanism. 

 

The Chair provides a type of seating on which an upright posture is encouraged. The Pilates Chair perfectly complements the Pilates apparatus training on the Reformer and enables further exercise units for targeted training.

 

 


In the studio of CITYPILATES 6 Pilates Chairs are available, in order to let also your body become mobile, powerful, fit and healthy in a small group.

Matwork PILATES

The efficient & dynamic Pilates matwork training strengthens, stretches and mobilizes your body. Small Pilates equipment such as the Pilates roll, softball, Thera bands, circles or weights are also used, which enables new dimensions of movement during the exercises. The focus is on strengthening the deep muscles to improve your posture, stability and body awareness.

Balanced and calm exercises with coordinated breathing bring body and mind in perfect harmony with each other and have a positive effect on the body feeling.  

Regular training according to the Pilates method will help you to achieve the following goals:
