current measures

The protection concept of Citypilates GmbH ensures that the following guidelines are adhered to. Come to the training only if you feel absolutely healthy. In case of the slightest signs of illness or allergies with sneezing, coughing, etc., we ask you to sign out early - for the protection of all of us - and stay away from the training. Participants as well as trainers must inform us immediately in case of an infection with the coronavirus, so that we can immediately initiate the contact tracing, and place themselves in self-isolation/quarantine as well as in medical care according to the guidelines of the BAG. We reserve the right to send home persons with symptoms of illness at any time.

Valid from Thursday, February 17th 2022

  • The measures applicable to sports are repealed. This means that the certificate as well as the mask requirement for the practice of sports indoors will no longer apply. Sports can thus once again be performed in outdoor and indoor areas without any restrictions.

  • Please always cancel your registration if you are unable to attend for other reasons, so that someone else has the chance to join you on site.

  • Arrive at the studio a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the training - ideally already in your training clothes - so that we can start on time. Once you are in the studio, go directly to the training room and follow the instructions of your trainer. After the workout, we ask you to leave the studio as soon as possible so that there are no space constraints between two consecutive workouts.

  • Everyone in the studio cleans & sanitizes their hands before and after workouts.

  • If possible, we refrain from handling cash.

  • Water, soap and paper towels are available in the restroom.

  • After use, thoroughly clean the mat you used (even if you used a towel) and any Pilates equipment/small appliances.

  • We regularly clean and disinfect all rooms, toilets, surfaces, objects and items that are touched by more than one person (e.g. door handles) and ensure that the training rooms are aired out several times a day.

  • All persons in the studio keep a distance of 1.5m from each other and from the equipment, if possible.

  • Cleaning surfaces and objects regularly after use as needed, especially if they are touched by more than one person.

  • Informing all trainers and other persons concerned about the requirements and measures.
