Learn to teach over 100 Reformer Pilates exercises

How to use the Pilates Reformer correctly

How to modify and adapt Pilates exercises on the Reformer for all levels

How to effectively instruct, modify and develop exercises

How to structure a Reformer Pilates class and private lessons

How to teach intuitively, professionally and successfully

Development of your own case study that prepares you for all situations in practice

Graduation: "Pilates Reformer Teacher" from ACM® - Academy of Contemporary Movements

 

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

Pilates mat degree or anatomical background/knowledge and minimum 20 completed Pilates Reformer lessons.

Prices  include course materials and access to all of our exercise videos.

 CHF 1‘400 4.5 days | (27 hours), exam excl.
